    Conditions for Returns

    We consider all sales final unless one of the following conditions applies:

    • The part is defective.
    • The part is different from what was ordered.
    • The part was damaged during shipping.

    Refund Process

    Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method and will be processed under the customer’s name.

    Return Requirements

    • Returns must be made in their original packaging.
    • Returned parts must be in new, saleable condition.

    Return Authorization

    Customers must contact us to obtain authorization for the return and to determine if the return qualifies.

    Return Timeframes and Fees

    • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • For returns made after 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
    • For returns made after one year, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
